Disaster
Recovery...

Disaster recovery is more than making sure your data can be restored after a catastrophe.  Some of the major things that need to be considered as part of your disaster recovery plan are:

  • Accessable, full data backups.

  • Secure off-site secondary (cloud) copies of your data.

  • Short term vs. long term outage planning.

  • Acceptable time to recover (operationally).

  • Alternative location and hardware requirements in an event of building loss or catastrophe.

All this is very specific to your business' tolerance to adversity and time to recovery if a catastrophe were to occur at your primary business location.
